Thank you for visiting Paradigm Coaching! I am a Career Coach in Omaha Nebraska. I have been developing people over the last 10 years. Prior to becoming a coach, I have worked in the fields of college advising, and training and development. In my advising role, I specifically worked with students in developing their career exploration and strategic career planning. I also have a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, where I focused on employee development and coaching.
In 2016, I started Paradigm Coaching. I focus my coaching on helping others reach the results that they are looking for in life and find their true calling.
Personally, I have a wonderful wife and three fantastic kids. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising, playing the guitar, and spending time with my family and friends.
WHY I BECAME A COACH
As I started my career, I found myself hating what I was doing. I always found myself thinking “Is this it?” Leaving me feeling more and more unfulfilled with my career choice.
Finally, I made the decision to go back to school to learn about coaching. At the time, it was still a relatively new field, but it drew me in and I knew that it was something that I wanted to work towards in my life. So, I began my Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology. It didn’t happen overnight, but I systematically worked towards completed my degree, worked in training and employee development, and learned how to be a coach.
It's my passion to help others achieve the results they are looking for in their life. Whether it's discovering a career path that you consider your true calling, or helping you achieve a goal you've always been passionate about.
